About the Enestee Wellbeing Hub

Wellbeing support for everyday life — not just when things feel difficult.

The Enestee Wellbeing Hub has been created to make reliable, practical wellbeing support easier to access.

Rather than giving you an overwhelming library of information, the Hub focuses on one meaningful wellbeing theme each month, with content designed to help you understand the topic, reflect on your own experience and try simple ideas that may help.

Where you access the Hub through an organisation, content may also be adapted to your sector and role, helping make the guidance more relevant to your everyday experience.

More than information

The Hub is built around three connected ideas:

PREVENT

Helping build wellbeing knowledge, healthy habits, connection and supportive cultures before difficulties become more serious.

RESPOND

Providing practical, role-appropriate guidance when you are concerned about yourself or someone else.

CONNECT

Helping you find the right next step — whether that is someone to talk to, specialist support, support available through your organisation, urgent mental health help or emergency assistance.

Designed to be used throughout the year

Wellbeing is not something we only need to think about when we are struggling.

Each month brings a new theme, while previous topics and the Wellbeing Toolkit remain available whenever you want to return to them.

You can explore as much or as little as feels useful.

Clear boundaries matter

The Hub provides wellbeing education, practical guidance and signposting.

It is not a diagnostic service, therapy platform, emergency service or safeguarding case-management system. It does not ask you to record sensitive disclosures or assess somebody else's mental health.

When more support is needed, the Hub is designed to help you connect with an appropriate human source of support.

Created by Enestee

The Wellbeing Hub is developed and curated by Enestee, part of PeopleWell Group.

Our approach combines psychological understanding with practical, accessible wellbeing education designed for real people, real organisations and everyday situations.

Helping people move forward, one conversation at a time.
